Policies

  • Signs and custom orders are typically shipped within one to seven business days. If you have ordered a custom item, make sure to check your email for your proof and kindly approve it to avoid any potential delays.

  • For all custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will gladly authorize replacements for any damaged prints. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please email us. Please don't forget to attach photos of the damage. Once your replacement is approved, I'll promptly send it out to you, exactly as it was in the original order.

  • If you order a custom canvas, please email us the photo you would like printed. If you have ordered a sign that requires personalization, please email us your choices. We will send you a proof before creating your item.
